Hi!

My name is Valentina and I’m a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr), accredited by the Association for Nutrition. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Health from the University of Roehampton, London, and a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Copenhagen.

I’m passionate about helping people feel their best through nutrition and lifestyle. My approach is evidence-based and always personal – no one-size-fits-all plans here. I work with you to create practical, sustainable habits that fit your goals, preferences, and daily routine.

I support clients with a wide range of needs, including weight management, fitness and performance goals, gut health, and simply building more confidence around food choices.
