Valentina Meneghini Nutrition – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that plans can change, and I do my best to accommodate clients’ needs whenever possible. To ensure fairness and allow other clients the opportunity to book available time slots, please review the following cancellation and rescheduling terms:

Cancellations and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged in full, and the session cannot be rescheduled. You’re always welcome to book a new appointment at a time that suits you.

Missed appointments
If you do not attend a scheduled session and have not provided prior notice, the session will be considered a missed appointment and won’t be refunded.

Refunds
If a refund applies (for example, a timely cancellation), it will be processed to the original payment method within a few working days.

Package and nutrition journey sessions
For multi-session packages (e.g., 3- or 6-month nutrition journeys), the total price covers all sessions in the program. The cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to each individual session.

Cancellations by the practitioner
In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time that suits you.
